Peanut Butter Granola

For those days when you’d like a sweeter brekkyΒ πŸ˜‰ Easy to make and people LOVE getting this as a gift (hint hint! haha)

This recipe still has quite a big dose of minerals and vitamins from the seeds and will have even more if you include berries with it πŸ™‚

Keep checking this one often- you do not want it to burn…

Peanut Butter Granola

Serves: 4-6 Cooking Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 Tblsp Peanut Butter
  • 4 Tblsp honey or pure maple
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup linseeds
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • Handful of saltanas

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown πŸ™‚

Mix it every 3-5 minutes.
