Bounty Pops

Big and little kids alike love these πŸ™‚ and I always make sure to have these handy when I’m having a dinner party πŸ™‚

The pops take quite a bit longer to make than the slice but i have instructions for both below πŸ™‚

Bounty Pops

Serves: 3-6 Cooking Time: 15 min - 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut- desiccated
  • 2 sachets spiralfoods coconut butter- about 4 Tblsp
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup soy carob buttons

Notes

SLICE: Melt half of the carob and pour into a lined tray, set in fridge. Toast half the coconut, then combine all of the coconut, maple and coconut butter. Press on top of set carob. Melt other half carob, pour over coconut and set! POPS: Toast half the coconut, then combine all of the coconut, maple and coconut butter. chill in fridge for 30 mins. Shape the coconut mixture around a pop stick, set in fridge for 10 mins, then dip in melted carob ? and let dry standing in a cup of rice.
