As you can tell I’m all about those probiotics!! Having a troublesome gut throughout my whole life means probiotics are my daily must have’s even if I’m running around, most shops sell kombucha these days (if i can’t have my own).
The hero’s in this are blood orange and papaya- and don’t forget (like i did) blood orange stains!
I make this recipe vegan- as i don’t consume dairy, but you can use which ever protein powder and milk that you like 🙂
Probiotic Smoothie BowlPrint Recipe
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup papaya
- 1/2 large blood orange
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 2 Tblsp water kefir
- 1 scoop of vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
