Wildly Addictive Green Smoothie

The green smoothie has been in my life since the beginning πŸ™‚ Admittedly not loved at first! But now its a daily ritual that I cannot go without πŸ™‚

The green smoothie is not for everyone! So ease yourself into them, leave out the parsley at first and perhaps add another fruit to make it a little sweeter, but trust me, you’ll learn to love them πŸ™‚

Wildly Addictive Green Smoothie

Serves: 1 Cooking Time: 10 min


  • 1 big leaf of Kale
  • 1/2 of spinach
  • 1/4 avocado (to make it creamy ?)
  • 1 stick celery
  • Squeeze 1/4 lemon
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 1/4 banana
  • 2 Tblsp fresh parsley
  • 1 cup water



Blend all together and ENJOY!
