Super easy and super quick for brekky on the go or a handy snack 🙂
I love having these in the house- they save me when that 3pm snaccident hits! And I can throw 2 in my bag for brekky at uni.
Tempeh is one of my favourite foods- I include it in at least one meal most days, its basically fermented soy beans and contains lots of beneficial probiotics to aid with gut health. High in protein, calcium and magnesium too 🙂

Brekky 'Tart'Print Recipe
- 1 packet of your favourite organic wraps
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 packet of tempeh
- 2 fresh tomatoes
You will need a muffin tray for this one 🙂
Cut 3 rounds from each wrap and press them into the muffin tray
Line the bottom of the wraps with spinach then layer in some tempeh
Beat your eggs together, and add in the tomatoes (chopped)
Fill the rest of each wrap round with the egg mixture
Sprinkle parsley on top, then bake at 180' for 15 mins
