Turmeric and cacao Oats with baked banana’s

There’s nothing more comforting on a cold rainy day than a steaming bowl of hot oats and a delicious coffee πŸ™‚

On this particular morning I was cold and craving cacao, then decided to add turmeric (cause its amazing and tastes good with nearly everything…)

At home I use unstabilised oats, which means that they haven’t been treated with steam or heat and I like the taste of them πŸ™‚ If you do get unstabilised oats, give them a good rinse before cooking.
